Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement platform solutions for the Database Platform infrastructure.
Provide technical leadership in cloud infrastructure, networking, CI/CD, and security.
Collaborate with Product Teams for seamless database provisioning.
Mentor and coach team members to foster knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
Shape the team's strategy, roadmap, and architecture.
Lead incident management and troubleshooting efforts.
Define and maintain observability solutions to meet availability targets.

Hands-on experience in designing and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure, particularly in AWS.
Expertise with operational data storage solutions like PostgreSQL and Amazon RDS.
Experience with container technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS).
Strong experience in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, etc.).
Familiarity with networking and security best practices in cloud environments.
Familiarity with observability tools (DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
