Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support and administer JFrog applications.
- Support and administer Atlassian Data Center applications.
- Investigate, triage, and resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues.
- Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and usage trends across development tooling.
- Contribute to performance tuning and troubleshoot CI/CD workflows and integrations.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, support processes, and operational procedures.
- Lead upgrades, configuration changes, maintenance activities, and platform improvements.
- Support future migration initiatives and identify recurring issues for long-term improvement and automation.
- Participate in the team’s on-call rotation to support critical development tooling.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical support, systems administration, TechOps, DevOps, or platform operations role.
- Strong experience supporting JFrog applications.
- Hands-on experience administering Atlassian products.
- Experience with AWS, including EC2, RDS, and EKS.
- Strong application troubleshooting skills.
- Experience investigating performance issues, service degradation, and high-volume platform usage.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive focus on continuous improvement and root-cause resolution.
