Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop GenAI agents and sub-agents in Python for alert triage, evidence collection, enrichment, investigation summarization, remediation recommendations, and analyst workflow automation.
- Design and release secure, auditable cybersecurity investigation agents with safe tool use and clear execution boundaries.
- Build production-ready Python, Django, Linux, and containerized applications, APIs, dashboards, and cybersecurity automation services.
- Create GenAI-enabled MCP, A2A, and tool-based API integrations.
- Use SQL, Elastic Stack, Lucene-based search, and large-scale data analysis to correlate security signals and support investigations.
- Design, containerize, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize secure applications and cybersecurity automation workflows.
- Validate systems through unit, integration, regression, security, tool-call, generated-code, and agent behavior testing.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, operations, product teams, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, document outcomes, and support production deployments.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required unless the experience alternative applies.
- Product development and agent development experience.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity incident response concepts.
- Hands-on experience developing and coding GenAI agentic solutions in Python across a large code base.
- Experience with agentic design patterns, function calling, specialized prompting, tool calling, supervisor agents, sub-agents, planning, validation, and context management.
- Expert-level Python experience, including Python web frameworks, cybersecurity automation, investigation workflows, API integrations, and production support.
- At least 4 years in Python or a similar development technology is preferred.
- Strong Linux and systems engineering knowledge.
- Experience with software development practices, source control, CI/CD pipelines, development and maintenance projects, and tools development.
- Experience with Django, Angular, React, and/or JavaScript.
- Experience with cybersecurity incident response activities such as alert triage, evidence collection, enrichment, containment, remediation tracking, and analyst workflow improvement.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangSmith, CrewAI, Camel AI, SOAR, SIEM, WAF, firewall, endpoint, cloud security, or threat-intelligence platforms.
- Strong communication, collaboration, customer focus, independent execution, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Financial services and card payments experience, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Codex, OSCP, or similar AI engineering and cybersecurity certifications are preferred.
