Base Salary
$154k - $239k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on the design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of GenAI and machine learning solutions on AWS.
- Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and end-to-end customer solutions involving LLMs, agents, tools, retrieval, and model fine-tuning.
- Deliver customer briefings, deep dives, presentations, public speaking, white papers, blogs, reference architectures, and reference implementations.
- Partner with Data Scientists, Solution Architects, Sales, Business Development, AWS service teams, customers, and partners to accelerate GenAI adoption.
- Gather and translate customer feedback into business and technical requirements for AWS product and engineering teams.
- Develop internal GenAI communities and field enablement materials for AWS technical teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in relevant technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience in application or infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
- 6+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Deep technical experience with LLM architectures, model evaluation, fine-tuning, LLM-powered agents, tools, orchestration, embedding model fine-tuning, and retrieval evaluation.
- Experience with LangChain, LLAMAIndex, data augmentation, Responsible AI, performance evaluation frameworks, and AWS-based ML/GenAI application architecture.
- Preferred experience includes 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking; working with end-user or developer communities; and architecting or operating AWS solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with executives, developers, senior ML engineers, and Data Scientists.
