Responsibilities
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps for Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and UiPath.
- Design scalable, secure, maintainable enterprise solutions, business processes, workflows, data models, security architectures, and customization strategies.
- Lead architecture and solution design across Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, Finance & Operations, Marketing, and Field Service.
- Design enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse.
- Establish Power Platform governance, reusable components, connector standards, APIs, automation practices, security standards, access controls, and operational controls.
- Lead UiPath RPA and intelligent automation architecture, identify automation opportunities, and define enterprise automation roadmaps.
- Design integrations between UiPath, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, cloud services, ERP/CRM systems, data warehouses, and third-party applications.
- Lead platform modernization, digital transformation initiatives, architecture reviews, risk assessments, solution audits, proofs-of-concept, and technical evaluations.
- Provide architectural leadership and mentorship to architects, developers, consultants, automation engineers, and delivery teams.
- Partner with stakeholders, present recommendations to executive and technical audiences, and support presales, solution estimation, client workshops, and transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI-powered automation, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, solution architecture, or digital transformation initiatives.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing UiPath automation solutions.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale integrations and cloud-based architectures.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture, automation frameworks, business process optimization, enterprise architecture, security, cloud, data, and integration architecture.
- Hands-on experience with D365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Azure services, UiPath, RPA architecture, workflow design, and API integrations.
- Experience with REST APIs, .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, data modeling, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Proven ability to mentor technical teams, provide architectural leadership, and balance business requirements with scalability, security, governance, and long-term strategy.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and technical decision-making skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and UiPath certifications.
- Preferred experience includes AI-powered automation, Microsoft Copilot, Azure Integration Services, enterprise-wide digital transformation programs, distributed teams, and client-facing technology environments.
