Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers.
- Architect and design robust, scalable, and resilient full-stack applications.
- Lead hands-on development of backend services and frontend user-interface components.
- Design and implement Java- and Apache Spark-based data-processing solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders on scope, requirements, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Conduct code reviews and drive coding standards, automated testing, and CI/CD implementation.
- Identify technology and process improvements to enhance application performance and the development lifecycle.
- Communicate project status and technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional software-development experience, including significant full-stack experience.
- Expertise in Core Java, Java/J2EE, and the J2EE ecosystem, including Servlets, JSP, EJB, JMS, and JPA/Hibernate.
- Strong experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
- Proficiency with Apache Spark, RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, relational databases, and SQL.
- Proficiency with Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
- Experience with frontend build tools and package managers such as Webpack and npm.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or GitLab CI.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams and communicating complex technical concepts.
- Preferred: master’s degree, financial-services experience, microservices and design-pattern knowledge, MongoDB or Cassandra experience, Scrum or Kanban familiarity, and large-scale application performance-tuning experience.

- Base salary range of $142,320.00 to $213,480.00, with potential discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
