Base Salary
$125k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Evaluate technology investments, application modernization opportunities, business priorities, vendor offerings, and implementation approaches.
- Develop architecture recommendations, technical strategies, white papers, executive briefings, and solution guidance.
- Guide cross-functional teams through solution design, integration planning, and technology decision-making.
- Provide technical leadership across application, integration, infrastructure, security, networking, and data initiatives.
- Translate complex technical concepts and business challenges into practical recommendations for technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
- Assess solution risks, costs, scalability, maintainability, vendor lock-in, and long-term business impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Active Public Trust clearance.
- At least 8 years of experience designing, implementing, supporting, or modernizing enterprise technology solutions.
- At least 3 years as a Technical Lead, SME, Solutions Lead, or similar role involving technical direction, hands-on software development, and business influence.
- Experience with enterprise application architecture, systems integration, networking fundamentals, security concepts, data flows, and Microsoft technology ecosystems.
- Experience with .NET applications, SQL Server, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience evaluating requirements and risks, recommending technology solutions, facilitating technical discussions, and partnering with executives, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
- Experience working with business analysts, Scrum Masters, developers, QA teams, and infrastructure teams in Agile environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive briefings, technical recommendations, white papers, architecture guidance, and strategy documents.
