Base Salary
$113k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the full Salesforce Data Cloud implementation lifecycle from data acquisition and integration through quality assurance, activation, and ongoing use.
- Design and document scalable client solutions, translating business requirements into detailed technical tasks for offshore development teams.
- Serve as the primary technical expert for offshore resources by providing hands-on support, troubleshooting, and quality oversight.
- Develop data-driven segmentation strategies for audience targeting and personalized customer journeys.
- Design and implement data models, pipelines, and transformations for data ingestion, integration, and enrichment.
- Integrate Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, databases, and third-party platforms to create unified customer profiles.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalization, and Salesforce Personalization.
- Lead internal proof-of-concept projects, demo builds, knowledge sharing, and practice development activities.
- Guide junior offshore resources and promote technical growth and adherence to best practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging AI and cloud technology trends.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall technical experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or custom database solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is required.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, MCP, or Evergage is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, data segmentation, personalized customer journeys, decisioning, and Next Best Action strategies.
- Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, data integration tools such as MuleSoft and Informatica, and SQL.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Flows, Apex, Data Actions, Flow integrations, and APIs.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake is advantageous.
- Additional Salesforce certifications, especially the Agentforce Specialist credential, are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or comparable work experience.
- Ability to work remotely with up to 25% travel and support client and offshore teams.
