Base Salary
$122k - $232k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical interface between OEM customers and Intel engineering teams.
- Lead cross-functional platform execution across hardware, firmware, graphics, connectivity, and I/O technologies.
- Drive resolution of platform issues, customer escalations, and technical challenges throughout the product lifecycle.
- Represent customer readiness, platform health, and execution status in program reviews and leadership forums.
- Develop technical assessments, customer enablement plans, and supporting documentation.
- Align milestones, dependencies, risks, priorities, and deliverables across customer and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field plus 5+ years of industry experience, or a related master’s degree plus 3+ years of industry experience.
- Experience designing, validating, or enabling electronic systems and platforms.
- Experience managing technical projects or programs involving cross-functional engineering teams, milestones, dependencies, and issue resolution.
- Experience working directly with customers or external partners in a technical, engineering, or platform-enablement capacity.
- Preferred experience includes PCIe, USB, SATA, audio, power management, firmware or BIOS development, lab debugging tools, and board layout or design tools.
- Advanced degrees such as an MBA or technical certifications are preferred.
