Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client configuration requirements with the Solutions Architects team.
- Prepare implementation project plans with timelines and risk analysis and coordinate delivery against deadlines.
- Coordinate installation, setup, configuration, and upgrades of GlobalLink connectors and products.
- Serve as the primary technical contact and escalation point for internal teams and external clients.
- Troubleshoot client configuration issues, technical problems, and product deployments.
- Create custom client reports using MySQL.
- Provide client and team training, prepare procedures, mentor new team members, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Work with Product Management to report technical issues and request product functionality based on client feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Project management and client solution implementation experience.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and reading logs.
- Experience with web technologies, including web servers, application servers, and Tomcat.
- Experience with Linux.
- Understanding of or exposure to Web Content Management Systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, and Drupal.
- Understanding of or exposure to eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, and Magento.
- Understanding of or exposure to other Content Management Systems such as Veeva and Contentful.
