Responsibilities
- Build scalable backend services, CI/CD pipelines, and toolchains to support developer workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand their needs and improve development workflows.
- Enhance system reliability, performance, scalability, and observability across distributed systems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
- Contribute to system architecture decisions and technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years in Software Engineering or related roles.
- Strong background in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or C++.
- Experience with Unix-like environments and software toolchains.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools, cloud platforms, and infrastructure as code.
- Expertise in the software development lifecycle and ability to translate ambiguous goals into software requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
