Responsibilities
- Capture, refine, and validate business requirements for the CRM platform.
- Translate business processes into user stories, test plans, and scalable Power Platform designs.
- Build and deploy Power Platform solutions.
- Analyze workflows and propose automation and data optimizations.
- Configure Dynamics 365 CE views, forms, dashboards, and security roles.
- Support usability, accessibility, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and functional testing.
- Apply platform governance, permission models, and enterprise data structure knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, Dataverse, and enterprise CRM configuration.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and functional testing skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Knowledge of platform governance, permission models, and enterprise data structures.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus, and prior financial industry experience is preferred.
