Responsibilities
- Design and implement video playback features to enhance streaming quality.
- Implement robust DRM measures for video on demand and live sports.
- Collaborate with encoding and product teams to optimize user experience.
- Define and monitor real-time streaming metrics during live events.
- Provide technical guidance to live operation teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong skills in Javascript and Typescript.
- Expertise in video streaming players like video.js, dash.js, or hls.js.
- Experience with digital rights management (DRM) technologies.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and streaming quality metrics analysis.
- Ability to design scalable architecture and write efficient code.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
