Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions based on LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and copilots.
- Define technical architectures for GenAI projects and support their industrialization.
- Deliver PoCs, MVPs, and production projects involving generative AI.
- Contribute to technology selection and monitor new models and frameworks.
- Support pre-sales activities and contribute to responses to calls for tenders.
- Share expertise through workshops, training, and technical communities.
- Contribute to the development of GenAI accelerators and reusable assets.
Requirements
- Significant experience in development, Data Science, AI, or GenAI.
- Strong command of Python and the modern AI ecosystem.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or fine-tuning.
- Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with cloud and DevOps environments, including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong technical curiosity, experimentation skills, and interest in turning innovations into practical solutions.
- Experience with autonomous agents, MCP, Knowledge Graphs, MLOps, or AI Engineering is an advantage.
- A specific degree is not required; passion, technical initiative, and ability to share knowledge are emphasized.
