Base Salary
$81k - $101k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Natera's Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Cloud-based Data Analytics software.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis of product or environment issues.
- Track and document all actions taken to address production issues and follow up with users or customers.
- Develop and document best practices for handling requests and implement reliable processes.
- Identify and codify solutions to frequent issues as documented and scripted processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience; MS preferred.
- Working knowledge of Java and Spring framework required.
- Experience with relational databases, specifically MySQL, is essential.
- Extensive analytic troubleshooting skills are necessary.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, especially under pressure.
- Strong technical documentation skills are required.
- Eagerness to acquire new skills in genetics is important.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks independently.
- Experience with Groovy scripting language and Python is a plus.
