Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of testers executing testing activities.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and performance.
- Analyze test results and recommend improvements.
- Mentor team members and provide guidance on testing best practices.
- Monitor and report testing progress and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- Proficiency in English at C2 level.
- Experience or skills in automated testing, QA automation, quality assurance, quality management, and test process improvement.
- Skills with Appium, Cucumber, Cypress.io, iTKO LISA, Selenium, and Tricentis Tosca.
- People leadership, client relations, collaboration, risk management, and quality consulting skills.
- Listed certifications include CSQA, CSTE, Hexawise Test Professional, ISTQB Certified Tester, and Selenium Basics.
