Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, secure, stable, and performant enterprise software aligned with business goals.
- Provide software support and troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and IT professionals.
- Analyze, design, and implement software solutions while addressing technical debt and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform full-stack development, database work, SQL scripting, web service development, and software integration.
- Design and automate functional, security, performance, mobile, load, and infrastructure/workstation testing.
- Use software development tools, source control, continuous integration and delivery practices, and code coverage tools.
- Communicate and collaborate with software developers, engineers, architects, business analysts, testers, management, and business stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope while working independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Experience with software development patterns, design patterns, object-oriented design, system design, web application architecture, and software development processes.
- Proficiency with organizationally accepted programming, scripting, markup languages, and frameworks such as C#, .NET, .NET Core, Java, Swift, Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, T-SQL, HTML, XML, CSS, Angular, ReactJS, ASP.NET, and Python.
- Knowledge of ORM, inversion of control, dependency injection, secure coding techniques, software testing best practices, and test automation.
- Experience or familiarity with development tools, source control, web services, databases, continuous integration and delivery, and software analysis.
- Knowledge of testing tools such as Azure DevOps test plans and pipelines, xUnit, nUnit, JMeter, Jasmine, Mocha, MOQ, TestComplete, SoapUI, and Selenium.
- Understanding of software development across Mac, Linux, and Windows, as well as hardware, storage, networking, infrastructure, and data components relevant to software development.
- Strong written and oral communication, analytical, statistical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, take initiative, learn new technologies, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
