Responsibilities
- Define customer strategy and identify new complex opportunities.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role.

- Effective group-facilitation skills for leading customer meetings.
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Stripe's Connect solution.
- In-depth knowledge of Stripe's Payments and Billing systems.
- Ability to understand interactions within a platform technology stack.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
