Responsibilities

  • Define customer strategy and identify new complex opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
  • Strong executive engagement skills and ability to build credibility.
  • Effective group-facilitation skills for leading customer meetings.
  • Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Stripe's Connect solution.
  • In-depth knowledge of Stripe's Payments and Billing systems.
  • Ability to understand interactions within a platform technology stack.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
