Responsibilities
- Train, fine-tune, and adapt machine learning and deep learning models for business use cases.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and engineer features from structured and unstructured data, including normalization and anomaly detection.
- Package, deploy, and monitor AI models and systems in production for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Automate business processes with predictive analytics, NLP-based chatbots, computer vision, and other AI-driven systems.
- Test, simulate, and optimize agentic systems for comprehensive performance and reliability.
- Design and implement APIs and production-ready application pipelines for AI solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, stakeholders, and multiple teams to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, make team and cross-team decisions, manage team activities, monitor project progress, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques and tools for text data.
- Ability to design and implement APIs for AI applications.
