Responsibilities
- Define the reference MLOps stack for the Agentic Platform, including CI/CD patterns, environment promotion, serving topologies, evaluation, drift monitoring, and SLO-based operations.
- Own CI/CD standards for model and agent releases, including pipelines, approvals, artifact provenance, immutable releases, rollback, and canary patterns.
- Standardize Databricks serverless and Kubernetes/Seldon serving topologies with decision records, SLOs, and cost and performance guardrails.
- Implement offline and online model and agent evaluation, drift and quality checks, telemetry dashboards, and cost monitoring.
- Integrate Unity Catalog lineage and policies into pipelines and capture approvals and audit evidence for governance and marketplace readiness.
- Operate the Agentic Platform through incident response, on-call support, capacity planning, cost optimization, post-mortems, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in MLOps, SRE, or platform engineering with production ML/AI workloads.
- Deep experience with Databricks, MLflow, and enterprise CI/CD.
- Experience designing and operating multi-environment releases from development through production with approvals, secrets, and identity controls.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and cloud networking on Azure and/or AWS.
- Hands-on experience with model and agent evaluation and monitoring, SLOs, incident response, and capacity and cost management.
- Familiarity with ArgoCD, Crossplane, Istio, Knative, OpenSearch, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Experience operating Kubernetes and Seldon for model serving and migrating toward Databricks Mosaic is preferred.
- Familiarity with agentic AI evaluation patterns, RAG observability, Vector Search health, multi-cloud operations, and cross-region latency management is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Unity Catalog lineage and policies, delivery pipeline integration, catalogs, and audit-ready evidence is preferred.
