Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build manufacturing software systems supporting production of Leo satellites, ground systems, and associated ASICs.
- Develop end-to-end orchestration capabilities across factory production lines.
- Design secure manufacturing software that protects intellectual property and manufacturing assets through a secure chain of custody and trust.
- Design and develop software for assembly, calibration, provisioning, and testing of satellite and ground systems.
- Translate business and functional requirements into deliverables and develop prototypes or proofs of concept.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineering, product engineering, security engineering, hardware, test, and enterprise architecture teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- 3+ years of full software development life-cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent preferred.
- U.S. citizenship required to comply with U.S. government export-control requirements.
