Responsibilities

Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders to enable business and team scalability.
Collaborate with Security to implement best practices for customer data.
Support design reviews and help engineers make informed trade-offs.
Mentor junior team members and set an example for collaborative engineering.
Drive initiatives to enhance operational posture and execution quality.

At least 8 years of industry experience in backend development.
Strong knowledge of authentication protocols and identity federation concepts.
Experience building scalable platform services across multiple teams.
Strong data modeling skills for complex systems.
Experience solving distributed systems challenges related to performance and security.
Proven success with complex technical migrations while maintaining system stability.
Security-focused mindset with an understanding of enterprise security practices.
Experience leading technical projects spanning several months.
Ability to work effectively in decisive and action-oriented environments.
Experience mentoring and collaborating with other engineers.
