Responsibilities
- Turn AI models developed by data scientists into production-ready systems.
- Own ML infrastructure and operations across key projects.
- Build and maintain pipelines for ML training, testing, and deployment automation.
- Maintain model registries and monitor model performance, data drift, concept drift, and production alerts.
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team on compute, networking, and platform foundations.
- Investigate and validate new tools and technologies and introduce them to the team.
- Optimize models for production latency, memory usage, and throughput.
- Contribute to hands-on field and military testing environments while maintaining high security standards.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python and/or Java with production code experience.
- Experience building ML pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment automation.
- Experience with model serving and deployment using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and live brokers.
- Experience with model monitoring, performance tracking, and data or concept drift detection.
- Familiarity with model versioning, registries, and reproducible training pipelines.
- Comfort with on-premises infrastructure and systems administration at scale.
- Sufficient ML and deep-learning literacy to collaborate effectively with data scientists.
- Ability to obtain security clearance from the Danish Defence Intelligence Service, including meeting stated residence and criminal-record requirements.
