Base Salary
$175k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work with enterprise customers and internal teams to understand workflows, clarify requirements, and translate needs into engineering tasks.
- Build, test, ship, and deploy integrations and product changes across Legora and customer systems.
- Own defined projects from implementation through production delivery, with support from experienced engineers on complex architecture and delivery decisions.
- Explain technical decisions clearly and keep customers and teammates informed about progress and blockers.
- Debug issues using logs, tests, and systematic investigation.
- Bring customer feedback into product discussions and identify opportunities for reusable solutions and tooling.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on experience building and shipping production software.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including writing, testing, and debugging reliable code in an existing codebase.
- Experience taking a feature or defined project through implementation and delivery.
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with customers, engineers, and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to understand user problems, respond to feedback, take accountability, and surface blockers early.
- Adaptability across technologies and willingness to learn unfamiliar systems quickly.
- Nice to have experience with B2B enterprise software, direct customer or product-team collaboration, APIs, authentication, integrations, data flows, TypeScript, or practical AI tools.
