Responsibilities
- Construct, implement, and deploy custom process-centric business applications using Appian.
- Analyze client strategies and operations to design technical solutions for workflow inefficiencies.
- Use design thinking to create functional prototypes and map end-to-end business models.
- Integrate enterprise applications, business intelligence, and knowledge management capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver projects.
- Travel 10% or less annually to support customer engagements.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Italian language skills.
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related technical or analytical field.
- Strong foundation in computer systems, structural programming logic, or emerging software technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems, interpret organizational strategies, and translate them into process workflows.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional client-facing environments.
- Prior experience in a professional, academic, or technical setting, including internships, research, capstones, or part-time/full-time employment.
- Foundational experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL is preferred.
- Fluency in AI and LLMs and experience applying AI tools are preferred.
- Leadership experience in student organizations, clubs, or team-based activities is preferred.
