Responsibilities
- Propose, design, implement, and support features for the MongoDB Atlas API Platform and MongoDB Atlas DevTools, including AtlasCLI.
- Build tooling that helps MongoDB users and developers succeed through APIs and related developer tools.
- Design and develop software integration components using MongoDB technology and integrate them with partner frameworks or solutions.
- Incrementally deliver elements of sophisticated software projects.
- Investigate and resolve customer problems as part of the team’s Level 2 support rotation.
- Lead projects, contribute ideas to the team roadmap, improve team practices, and mentor other team members.
Requirements
- Experience building Infrastructure as Code tooling and integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms, tools, and concepts such as Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with at least one of Golang, Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript is desirable.
- Interest in building systems that manage infrastructure at scale.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple teams and time zones.
- Ability to independently coordinate time, prioritize multiple tasks, and act without manager oversight.
