Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other programmatic capabilities.
- Develop and maintain complex Salesforce Flows and automation according to best practices and performance standards.
- Lead technical delivery from solution design and cross-functional problem-solving through final deployment.
- Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using APIs and integration patterns.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure solutions align with Salesforce ecosystem strategy and coding standards.
- Implement scalable, secure, performant solutions with strong data integrity.
- Support incident management through custom development and technical troubleshooting.
- Translate complex stakeholder and business-analyst requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and version-control workflows.
- Maintain technical documentation for Salesforce customizations and integrations.
- Mentor and coach administrators and junior developers.
Requirements
- At least five years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer developing and deploying complex programmatic solutions.
- Minimum Platform Developer I certification; Platform Developer II or Architect-track certifications are highly valued.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Apex.
- Proficiency with SOQL, SOSL, platform events, and asynchronous processing.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs and integration patterns.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Proficiency with VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and Git.
- Experience with CPQ or middle-layer pricing and quoting platforms such as Revenue Cloud is desirable.
- Experience with Agentforce is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
