Responsibilities
- Own the technical health, performance, and architectural evolution of enterprise web applications using C#/.NET backends and React frontends.
- Design, build, and maintain ASP.NET Web APIs and integration layers for enterprise workflows and client-facing digital experiences.
- Architect responsive interfaces and modular component libraries using JavaScript, TypeScript, React Hooks, Context, Redux, or Zustand.
- Manage Microsoft SQL Server persistence, schema design, stored procedures, indexing, and query-performance tuning.
- Integrate automated unit and integration testing into cloud-native CI/CD pipelines using Azure, AWS, or GCP and modern Git workflows.
- Manage technical debt, participate in code reviews, write technical documentation, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate in nearshore agile teams with U.S.-based engineering teams and client leadership.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional fullstack software engineering experience building and scaling web applications.
- Advanced proficiency with C#, .NET Core or .NET 5+, ASP.NET Web API, React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend state management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, indexing, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Deep understanding of Git, automated CI/CD deployment pipelines, and cloud-native environments, with Azure preferred.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous codebases with strong ownership and analytical troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced written and spoken English fluency is mandatory.
- Experience in high-velocity startup or nearshore environments is preferred or expected based on the stated professional background.
