Responsibilities
- Create and maintain mobile build and release infrastructure.
- Guide projects from start to finish, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Analyze systems for improvement and automation opportunities.
- Contribute to the source code of existing tools and open-source technologies.
- Prototype and implement tools for scaling infrastructure.
- Build mobile-specific AI agent workflows to enhance productivity.
- Maintain and update Xcode, iOS versions, and third-party libraries.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code.
- Identify and resolve issues across applications and tools.
- Mentor junior engineers and support onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience supporting large iOS or MacOS builds.
- Experience in building command-line tools using Python or Bash.
- Experience maintaining a high-performance CI pipeline.
- Strong knowledge of Swift and familiarity with SwiftUI.
- Deep understanding of native mobile testing practices.
- Experience shipping large-scale iOS applications.
- Great product sense and focus on usability.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Experience guiding teams through planning and execution.
