Responsibilities

  • Architect complex finance systems landscapes and formulate technology recommendations for CFO leadership teams.
  • Define business requirements for data solutions with finance and accounting organizations.
  • Manage or support NetSuite implementation projects from a functional or project oversight perspective.
  • Lead ERP selection engagements, including market scans, vendor discussions, and client recommendations.
  • Collaborate with teams across Accordion service lines and geographies.
  • Promote Accordion’s CFO technology capabilities through conferences and vendor roadshows.
  • Manage multiple complex workstreams while remaining hands-on with project details.
  • Travel regularly and extensively across Europe to work with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an ERP consulting environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience at a NetSuite partner, end-user company, or related technical consulting firm with hands-on NetSuite implementation experience.
  • Experience leading end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations and ERP system selection engagements.
  • Strong understanding of ERP concepts, business processes, and industry-specific requirements, particularly finance processes.
  • Understanding of Workday, Dynamics, Sage, and SAP, as well as peripheral HR, travel and expense, CRM, business intelligence, and middleware systems.
  • Experience developing business requirements documents and supporting ERP or finance transformation projects.
  • Ability to discuss ERP and broader technology landscape architecture confidently with clients.
  • Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, project management, client service, mentoring, and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Knowledge of the relationship between private equity sponsors and portfolio companies.
