Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Implement, test, document, and debug software for telecommunications and IP/computer networking equipment in the cybersecurity domain.
- Develop software across infrastructure, application, full-stack, embedded, kernel, device-driver, and hardware layers.
- Collaborate with product development teams to develop concepts, assess feasibility, and address user requests.
- Participate in security analysis, software/tool development, software testing, development environment, and system infrastructure activities.
- Use automation tools, lab test equipment, and protocol analyzers in a telecommunications development laboratory.
- Support requirements reviews, code inspections, test plan creation, system validation, and system-level debugging.
- Travel to CACI locations or customer sites as necessary and follow applicable ethical, compliance, and environmental health and safety policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, plus 0–5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
- Experience with RISC-V assembly, device drivers, hardware-layer coding, and kernels.
- Software development skills in C, C++, Java, and Python.
- Familiarity with software engineering processes, development tools, IP networking, telecommunications equipment, and system-level debugging.
- Knowledge of Microsoft software applications and IP-based telephony architecture, configuration, and maintenance is desired.
- Nice-to-have experience includes Windows, Linux, or Unix development; JavaScript; ARM, MIPS, or x86; software security concepts; Internet routing techniques, protocols, and tools.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance as a condition of continued employment.
