Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales as a technical expert during discovery, scoping, solution design, and the sales process.
- Lead tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements for customer compliance, onboarding, and underwriting workflows.
- Develop implementation plans, timelines, and success criteria for new client deployments.
- Serve as the primary technical contact during onboarding and coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to resolve integration issues.
- Design and deliver customer training programs and technical documentation.
- Capture post-implementation feedback and collaborate with Product on roadmap input.
- Work with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities, close training gaps, and create enablement materials.
- Stay current on FinTech, RegTech, AI, KYB, KYC, AML, fraud detection, identity verification, and SMB lending trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Implementation within FinTech, RegTech, or a B2B SaaS platform serving financial institutions.
- Hands-on technical skills in SQL, Node.js, and React.
- Experience working with developer teams on integration scoping, troubleshooting, and technical validation.
- Working knowledge of AI technologies and their FinTech applications.
- Experience with KYB, KYC, AML, or fraud and identity verification workflows is advantageous.
- Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with competing timelines and technical requirements.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Jira or Monday.com.
