Base Salary

$80k - $133k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for product users by identifying needs and improving software quality.
  • Assist with evaluating and prioritizing product tasks and features.
  • Contribute to software design, testing, documentation, and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with software developers to identify and troubleshoot product issues and limitations.
  • Provide technical assistance for ArcGIS Workflow Manager.
  • Develop creative, logical, and practical solutions within time and resource constraints.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience supporting commercial software development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, GIS, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Willingness to learn and work effectively in a dynamic cross-functional team.
  • Enthusiasm for improving software capabilities for end users in real-world applications.
  • Preferred: master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Preferred: experience with ArcGIS Workflow Manager, ArcGIS Pro, or ArcGIS Enterprise.
  • Preferred: experience with complex enterprise-level datasets and Oracle and/or SQL Server.
  • Preferred: understanding of the software development lifecycle and software design for UI/UX.
  • Preferred: experience developing and executing automated, functional, regression, and performance tests.
  • Preferred: knowledge of a source control and issue management system.
