Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales Cloud and Partner Portal roadmap for scalability and automation.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Partner teams to optimize processes.
  • Architect and implement Partner Portal integrations using Impartner or similar systems.
  • Define and deliver solutions that align with business needs and architecture standards.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, Flows, Apex classes, and Lightning components.
  • Own integration design between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • Drive data quality, governance, and platform performance improvements.
  • Support release management, testing, and production deployments.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship for the Salesforce team.
  • Contribute to quote-to-cash automation initiatives leveraging Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform capabilities and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in a lead or architect-level capacity.
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, including Lead, Opportunity, and Pipeline management.
  • Experience implementing or integrating Partner Portals, ideally with Impartner.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, partner operations, and data security models.
  • Strong technical skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Proven ability to lead complex Salesforce projects end-to-end.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
