Responsibilities
- Lead development of web and enterprise applications supporting NMOTC operations.
- Design, code, test, deploy, integrate, maintain, and sustain custom applications.
- Maintain legacy codebases and migrate them to modern frameworks as needed.
- Create technical design documents, code, test plans, and deployment packages.
- Ensure compliance with DoD software standards, cybersecurity protocols, and data protection policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and user stories.
- Support ATO packages and RMF documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or 10+ years of relevant development experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts in federal environments, including IC, DoD, Federal Civil, or military organizations.
- At least one DoD IAT II certification: CCNA Security, CySA+, CND, Security+, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP.
- Active Secret clearance with T5 Investigation.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Experience with full-stack software development, secure coding, database design and management, system integration, and software testing.
- Ability to support documentation, reporting, leadership, and oversight responsibilities.
