Base Salary

$142k - $213k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead application systems analysis and programming activities in coordination with technology teams.
  • Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deliver new products and process improvements.
  • Resolve high-impact application and business-process problems through complex analysis.
  • Provide expertise in application programming and ensure designs align with the overall architecture blueprint.
  • Develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards.
  • Analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions using interpretive thinking.
  • Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
  • Assess and manage business, regulatory, compliance, and operational risks.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of UI development experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Angular.
  • Deep understanding of TypeScript, HTML, CSS3, core JavaScript concepts, and design patterns.
  • Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and WCAG accessibility best practices.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and interest in exploring new technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, along with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Preferred experience includes KendoUI, AG Grid or similar table libraries, Jest, Karma, Cypress, NgRx, RxJS, UX design, Node.js, Java, and open-source contributions.
