Responsibilities
- Advise on agentic AI strategy and identify processes where agents can deliver meaningful value.
- Compare and recommend AI agents and tools based on use case, cost, and security requirements.
- Design, build, and test agents in Atlassian Rovo Studio and develop custom solutions with Forge when needed.
- Integrate Rovo with AI tools and external systems through MCP, REST APIs, and connectors.
- Define efficiency and ROI metrics and track results over time.
- Establish governance, security, and responsible AI practices aligned with GDPR and the EU AI Act.
- Train technical and non-technical users and drive organization-wide technology adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Atlassian Rovo agents, Studio, search, and chat, plus Jira and Confluence administration.
- Broad knowledge of the generative and agentic AI market with hands-on experience across multiple platforms and models.
- Strong skills in agent design, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation concepts, and agent evaluation.
- Experience with integrations using REST APIs and MCP, plus knowledge of Forge or JavaScript/TypeScript development.
- Consulting skills in process analysis, use-case discovery, and communication with business stakeholders and leadership.
- Knowledge of data governance, permission models, and the European AI regulatory framework.
- Preferred qualifications include Atlassian Jira or Confluence administration certifications, AI training, a production portfolio of agents or automations with measurable results, and experience with change-management and technology-adoption programs.
