Responsibilities
- Develop production-grade AI agents and LLM applications.
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines and enterprise knowledge bases.
- Develop Text-to-SQL and AI workflow capabilities.
- Implement structured outputs, guardrails, and evaluation pipelines.
- Integrate AI services with enterprise applications and databases.
- Collaborate with AI Solution Architects and manufacturing domain experts to implement solution designs.
- Continuously improve AI quality, latency, and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of software or AI engineering experience.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLM application development.
- Experience with SQL and REST APIs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred experience with LangGraph, PydanticAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, Computer Vision, MCP, manufacturing systems, and production AI deployment.
