Responsibilities
- Develop and scale cloud platforms across R&D and production environments using Google Cloud Platform and AWS.
- Drive cloud architecture development and adopt Go programming to enhance platform capabilities.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment processes using GitHub Workflows/Actions or Jenkins.
- Manage cloud and on-premises operations using Linux, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, and Bash.
- Apply chaos-engineering principles to build robust and resilient systems.
- Maintain day 0, day 1, and day 2 operational lifecycles while balancing feature delivery with testing.
- Embed security practices across platform engineering, deployment, and operational workflows.
- Develop tools and processes that improve team operations and collaborate with software development teams on scalable cloud systems.
Requirements
- Solid experience in platform engineering, systems design, or cloud infrastructure operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing and scaling Linux, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform environments with Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, and Bash.
- Knowledge of security practices, comprehensive operational testing, and chaos-engineering principles.
- Ability to collaborate across global R&D and software development teams, communicate technical solutions in English, and independently drive complex engineering projects.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with AWS FedRAMP or AWS GovCloud environments, hands-on Go programming, and CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
