Base Salary
$220k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new products and features from 0 to 1.
- Own projects from conception through shipping while delivering modular, maintainable, and high-quality code.
- Deliver value across the system while maintaining strong standards for code quality, testing, and design discussions.
- Talk with users and collaborate with teammates on feature brainstorming and roadmap planning.
- Mentor junior teammates and elevate the skills and expertise of colleagues.
- Provide cross-functional collaboration and technical leadership while identifying and mitigating risks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building applications.
- Extensive TypeScript experience.
- Experience scaling with frontend technologies such as React and Next.js and/or backend technologies such as Node.js, Mongo, and AWS.
- Experience at a product-focused startup, scale-up, or technology company.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, leadership, ownership, communication, and proactive risk-management skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
