Base Salary

$87k - $165k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain internal Global Security Services web applications.
  • Build new features using ASP.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL Server.
  • Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, indexes, and other database objects for enterprise datasets.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across application code, SQL Server, and production environments.
  • Automate manual compliance processes through software solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and modernize existing applications while developing new capabilities.

Requirements

  • STEM degree and a minimum of five years of relevant experience, including five years of direct software engineering experience.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance before the start date, with an active existing clearance required on day one.
  • U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
  • Experience designing SQL Server stored procedures, views, functions, indexes, and optimizing queries.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, pull requests, continuous integration and delivery, and work item management.
  • Experience with C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or ASP.NET MVC.
  • Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, REST APIs, JSON, jQuery, Bootstrap, DataTables, and IIS is preferred.
  • Preferred qualifications include Agile development, Scrum, automated testing, continuous integration, cybersecurity or compliance application development, and knowledge of regulations such as DFARS, DAAPM, JASIG, ICD, FAA, HIPAA, and NIST 800-53.
