  • Design and scale maintainable automation frameworks, reusable components, test data practices, diagnostics, reporting, and quality standards.
  • Build validation for probabilistic AI and agentic outcomes using evaluation datasets, thresholds, semantic and rubric-based scoring, groundedness testing, robustness checks, and regression detection.
  • Integrate automated validation into CI/CD through pull-request checks, scheduled suites, deployment gates, and release-readiness criteria.
  • Improve automation speed and reliability through parallelization, intelligent test selection, dependency control, deterministic data, and disciplined retry strategies.
  • Standardize observability through logs, traces, screenshots or video, artifacts, diagnostics, and quality dashboards.

  • Experience validating AI/ML, generative AI, agentic, or other probabilistic product capabilities using evaluation harnesses, benchmark datasets, semantic or rubric-based scoring, groundedness, and regression evaluation.
  • Practical experience with Agentic Product Development Lifecycle and Spec-Driven Development, including translating specifications and acceptance criteria into traceable automated validation.
  • Working knowledge of security, performance, accessibility, resilience, and reliability testing.
  • Strong coding, code-review, debugging, root-cause analysis, systems-thinking, communication, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
