Base Salary
$55k - $126k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage Tier 3 incidents and support the incident-management workflow.
- Build and maintain cloud software and infrastructure supporting machine learning and AI.
- Troubleshoot complex software problems for national-security customers.
- Develop MLOps ecosystems and automated data and ML pipelines.
- Create internal knowledge-base articles and escalation paths for operational triage.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with generative AI concepts and technologies such as Claude, GPT, and Gemini.
- At least 2 years of experience in a system-administration operations environment.
- At least 2 years of experience with Tier II and Tier III support and incident-management workflows.
- At least 2 years of experience with test and evaluation.
- Knowledge of the ML lifecycle and MLOps concepts.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in a system-administration operations environment.
- Ability to obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification within six months of hire.
- Preferred experience with Python, AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, LLM prompts, tools and agents, cloud-based automated data and ML pipelines, and Git.
