Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements and design test scenarios and cases for web applications and microservices.
- Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and BDD methodologies.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, user acceptance, accessibility, API, database, and end-to-end testing.
- Manage test data and test environments to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Track defects using Zephyr, JIRA, and Azure DevOps and collaborate with development teams on resolution.
- Support production validation, release testing, test reporting, and presentation of quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Contribute to sprint activities and process optimization.
Requirements
- At least 4–6 years of quality engineering experience for web applications and microservices, including substantial manual and automated testing experience.
- Experience with Test Data Management, Jenkins, Postman, Selenium WebDriver, BDD, SoapUI, Zephyr, TDD, and accessibility testing with JAWS.
- Experience with defect-tracking tools including JIRA and Azure DevOps.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent.
- Preferred experience with Cucumber, CI/CD pipeline integration, JMeter, LoadRunner, AWS or Azure cloud testing, advanced API automation, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Certification in Selenium or test automation frameworks is preferred.
