Responsibilities
- Monitor existing automations for reliability, performance, and uptime.
- Investigate and resolve issues, bugs, and failures in deployed automation workflows.
- Document automation processes, configurations, and system behavior.
- Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
- Contribute to the automation roadmap and collaborate with teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead the migration of self-service forms from Microsoft Forms to a web-based platform backed by a database.
- Design database schemas and APIs for form data capture and downstream workflows.
- Identify improvements to tooling, patterns, and architecture that accelerate delivery.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/Node.js for automation and backend development.
- At least 1 year of experience with SQL and relational databases, including schema design, querying, and integration.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and RDS.
- Proficiency using AI tools for coding and development.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or other low-code/no-code automation platforms.
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, frameworks, or tools, including LLM-based workflows and autonomous agents.
- Experience building or migrating web forms with backend integrations.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control best practices using Git.
- Background in financial services, data, or enterprise technology environments.
