Base Salary
$71k - $112k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute UI and API automation test suites using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and REST Assured.
- Create test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
- Validate application functionality, system integrations, APIs, and data across multiple testing stages.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
- Investigate defects, analyze test results, and collaborate with engineering teams to drive issues through resolution.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, software testing, and test automation.
- Proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and REST Assured.
- Experience testing REST APIs, including HTTP methods and JSON payloads.
- Experience with database testing using SQL or other database-testing tools.
- Working knowledge of a Java testing framework such as JUnit or TestNG.
- Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Git and version-control practices.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Ability to validate complex system integrations and data flows is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills are preferred.
