Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-throughput backend services using Go.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend developers to ship features for internal support agents.
- Design scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems.
- Lead and contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions.
- Write well-tested code and help maintain high code quality standards.
- Mentor others and drive backend engineering best practices.
- Contribute to project leadership, reliability, and incident management.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience building and scaling complex systems.
- 2+ years of production experience in Golang.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, especially Cassandra.
- Solid understanding of low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems.
- Ability to mentor others and drive engineering best practices.
- Experience leading projects or making key technical decisions.
- Clear, proactive communication and a collaborative working style.
