Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture engagements from discovery and strategy through design, implementation, and business adoption.
- Drive application modernization from legacy platforms to scalable cloud-native architectures.
- Architect and implement enterprise solutions using AWS, GCP, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Design and guide Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using AI frameworks, large language models, and vector databases.
- Create architecture roadmaps, proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and strategic technology perspectives.
- Collaborate with client and executive stakeholders to identify opportunities and solve complex business problems.
- Establish architecture standards, governance models, security practices, and engineering excellence across programs.
- Mentor architects, technology leaders, and engineering teams.
- Estimate, plan, and deliver AI-driven initiatives, including enterprise-scale deployment and adoption strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, software engineering, or technology consulting.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.
- Strong understanding of large language models including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini.
- Experience integrating Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, and related AI-assisted tools into enterprise transformation programs.
- Deep knowledge of Generative AI architecture, governance, security, infrastructure planning, scalability, and operational practices.
- Demonstrated success taking at least one AI-enabled business solution from concept through production deployment.
- Strong experience with AWS and/or GCP, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and distributed systems architecture.
- Ability to engage executive stakeholders and influence technology strategy.
- Preferred qualifications include large-scale digital transformation or cloud modernization leadership, work in regulated environments, AI/cloud/architecture certifications, executive technology strategy experience, business-case and roadmap development, and Fortune 500 consulting experience.
