Responsibilities
- Analyze and configure applications to align with the overall architecture and specific client needs.
- Support and maintain up-to-date client versions.
- Participate in installations, training, and needs analysis at client sites.
- Provide customer support.
- Deliver high-quality training sessions.
Requirements
- Knowledge of computer science, software engineering, or an appropriate field.
- Up to 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Windows, relational databases, and object-oriented concepts in C++.
- Ability to communicate in French and English, spoken and written.
- Availability to travel internationally.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check, with a credit check for positions involving access to financial data.
