Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance software components for research and trading platforms.
- Develop data processing pipelines and distributed systems that operate at scale.
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and developer productivity.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics, with strong academic performance.
- Strong programming skills in one or more object-oriented languages such as C++ or Python.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Evidence of high achievement through academic awards, Olympiads, notable projects, or other areas of excellence.
- Mature, thoughtful, collaborative, self-motivated, and proactive working style.
- Interest in finance, quantitative trading, or financial data is a plus.
